Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at sysgem.ca (the “Site”), operated by Sysgem Technology Inc. (“Sysgem”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms govern use of the Site only. Any consulting or staffing engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between Sysgem and the client (for example, a Master Services Agreement), which prevails over these Terms for that engagement.

Acceptable use of the Site

The Site is provided for general informational purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or placing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the Site without our written permission;
• use the contact form, assessment form, or chat assistant to send spam, abusive, or misleading content.

Case studies and results

The “Selected Work” section and any other descriptions of projects, outcomes, or metrics on the Site describe past engagements carried out under specific conditions. They are provided for illustration only and are not a promise, prediction, or guarantee of any particular result for any future engagement. Your results will depend on your own circumstances.

Ownership of Site content

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, layouts, and the Sysgem name and logo — is © Sysgem Technology Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sysgem is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, our email and AI providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
